Bit shakey, but I'm just finishing a pretty solid rails setup now which should see to that. Tell me what you think
(Switched project settings to PAL in Vegas, but as you can see its not running too smoothly and theres still a bit of ghosting - I'll keep working at it)

It was doing it all in house before I started with AE too. Yeah I think I might have the project settings at NTSC standard when I'm shooting PAL. I'll have another check. Thanks for your time as always

One last thing sorry - Vegas is creating ghost overlaps on every frame whether ive changed the speed of the clip or not and it just looks shite and really messy (watch any of my vids and pause it a few times and you will see what I mean). What am I doing wrong? It plays fine in the after effects clipboard - its just when its in vegas and exported from vegas, which is a bummer since after effects -> vegas -> final render.

I'm gonna give twixtor a shot. Cheers! How slow would you say I can get 25p footage on twixtor without it being unusable? I'm at 45% on vegas with vegas' smart reforming process and that looks fine for reformed slow motion. What would you suggest is the best way I get effective 24p from 25p video? Will twixtor do that too?
